Returns and Refunds
RETURNS FOR ITEMS WE STOCK IN OUR STORE AND PRESALE ITEMS
We will refund your order, less the shipping and handling charges, for products damaged in shipment or dissatisfied with the product quality within 14 days of receiving the product. Refunds are given as soon as we receive the product back from you. A 15% restocking fee will be added for returned items not being replaced, and a 15% processing fee will be charged for items that haven't been shipped.
All claims must be filed within 14 business days of receipt of merchandise. Please get in touch with us regarding your claim at billing@realgoat19.design.

All returned merchandise must include:

The original packaging (or new quality packaging) is in good condition or better.

The merchandise you received will be re-sellable condition.

A brief note explaining the reason for the return and the option you chose for either a replacement or refund.

Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
REPLACEMENT
All returns must be received in the same condition we shipped them (except for defective or damaged). We will gladly pay the shipping charges to send a replacement to you if an incorrect, bad, or damaged item is received. However, all return shipping charges will be your sole responsibility.
