Once the *original artwork has been verified by the client (time varies depending on the revisions), we need approximately 70 working days to deliver the #RG19alloy to the client. Below is the timeline:

1. *Official Artwork Phase (+3 working days).

2. *3D Artwork Phase (+3 working days).

3. **Sample Production Phase (+20 working days).

4. Mass Production Phase (+35 working days).

5. ***Shipping from the Manufacturer to #RG19hq Phase (+3 working days).

6. ****Final Inspection and Shipping from #RG19hq to the Client Phase (+6 working days).

Important Note:

*The client is responsible for checking for any errors. (The client has three opportunities to verify the artwork before the Sample Production Phase---Original Artwork Phase, Official Artwork Phase, and 3D Artwork Phase.

**The only thing that can be changed is the plating/color. The client has to pay another mold fee for any other changes or errors (i.e., spelling and size).

***Sometimes, a random customs inspection is performed. This may delay the shipment of the #RG19alloy. We have no control over this, but we assure our clients that we're in constant communication with our manufacturer and the shipping company so we can give updates on the order's status.

****If the #RG19alloy didn't pass our rigorous inspection, we will request a remake without any additional cost to the client. The exact timeline applies except 1, 2, and 3.

If RealGoat19 LLC designers start work on graphic design, and the customer chooses to cancel the order, the $100.00 deposit will not be refunded. Suppose cancellation is requested after production of the die mould has commenced, but the individual coins still need to be produced. In that case, there will be an additional non-refundable fee equal to the quoted cost of the die mould. The client is responsible for the entire order balance if the individual coins have been made. Because coins are a custom product, they cannot be returned for any reason.

If an error in a coin design was our fault at RealGoat19 LLC, the coin will be remade at no cost to the customer. Please note that RealGoat19 LLC may mint sample proofs of custom orders for quality control purposes. The samples may be used for display purposes and will be owned by RealGoat19 LLC.

The pictures and artwork requested or provided by the customer and used by RealGoat19 LLC to create a custom product for the customer could have come from several sources that are not controlled or maintained by RealGoat19 LLC or our coin production facilities. It is the purchaser's responsibility to know whether or not the pictures, symbols, logos, or other artwork content on the item that RealGoat19 LLC is customizing is authorized for use on the item. Any legal issues that might arise from the content that the purchaser chooses to have on custom items design are 100% the customer's responsibility, and RealGoat19 LLC will not be held liable for any reason if the content is used illegally.

A design layout will go into production once the customer gives the final written approval of the coin artwork layout, spelling, and plating/colors. Completed purchase orders or payment in full must be received before a customer's completed order is shipped to its final location.

Comments sent via email or postal mail may be used as a customer testimonial within this website or marketing platform. When sending emails or postal mail, the sender authorizes RealGoat19 LLC to use any or all comments made within the email or letter.

Coin die molds will remain the property of RealGoat19 LLC and can only be used for reorders when requested by the customer or a body to the customer granted authority. This is to ensure 100% control of each customer's coin design and how many items are produced during the life of the design. Die moulds are kept for three (3) years from the last production. A new die mold fee will be charged if attempting to reorder coins after three years.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all orders. Prices may vary on content, the number of coins, and coin size. Although products purchased from RealGoat19 LLC are typically delivered within 70 working days, the purchaser must understand that there are no guaranteed delivery dates. RealGoat19 LLC will not be held liable or responsible for late deliveries or lost items. We will not be sensitive to for-profit loss, cost, or any other reasons caused by missed deadlines due to shipping delays or other uncontrollable events.
